Barry,

The leaflets provided in the Download section are a great way of explaining the situation at Eastney to colleagues - saves repeating myself and becoming a little boring to those that have heard it all before Smiley. Would it be possible using the existing information that you have compiled to produce a portrait A4 single-sided flyer?
A further question - everyone that has expressed an interest in the try-out day has asked about local media coverage, do you know if BBC South or Meridian TV will be covering the event?
I can see their point of view, if this was your first experience of getting your kit off in public would you necessarily want the whole episode screened on local TV?  I can't allay their trepidation as I'm not sure if permission is required by those individuals appearing, even in the background, before being broadcast.

I'll have a bit of a play with the info on the leaflets and see if I can produce the sort of flyer to which you refer. If it works out I'll get it uploaded for people to download and print off.

As for the publicity on the beach day I do not know at this stage whether or not the television film crews will be there. I think it is unlikely. We are, however, expecting some coverage by The News but my experience of them is that they ask permission to publish your photograph if you are recognisable. It should be borne in mind that the beach is a public place and it would not be illegal for someone to take photos of you there. However, I think it extremely unlikely that anyone will be "outed" as a result of being on the telly or in the paper because they were on the nudist beach on 30th July.

I have now produced the A4 flier as you requested and have forwarded it to Mike to put in the Downloads section. Watch that space!
